Brachfit Personal training aims to reach people of all ages and fitness levels by incorporating mobility exercises and offering various training styles.  About Suzanne Brach

A third-year college student at SUNY Oswego, pursuing a degree in Wellness Management. For the past two years, I have been providing personal training services through SUNY Oswego Campus Recreation. Prior to this, I had a nine-year tenure in competitive gymnastics and have always maintained an active lifestyle with a keen interest in fitness.
To further hone my professional expertise, I have attained ISSA personal trainer certification and have completed an internship with Women in Strength Fitness.
