Do you offer online sessions?Yes, I offer both online and in-person sessions. My online programs are just as personalized as in-person training and can be done from the comfort of your home.

Are your programs suitable for beginners?Absolutely! My programs are designed to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, I will customize the workouts to your current fitness level and progress from there through progressive overload.

What equipment do I need for online sessions?For most sessions, a yoga mat, resistance bands, and light weights are helpful, but I can adjust the workouts to what you have available. No equipment? No problem! We can focus on bodyweight movements for effective results. Alternatively if you have a membership at a local gym or your apartment building has a gym, you can use the weights there as well.

How are mobility and movement exercises different from regular fitness training?Mobility and movement exercises focus on improving your body’s range of motion, flexibility, and functional strength. These exercises are especially beneficial for preventing injuries, enhancing athletic performance, and supporting overall body mechanics.

Can I train with you if I have an injury or a health condition?Yes, I have experience working with women recovering from injuries or managing health conditions. I’ll design a program that works around your limitations while helping you regain strength and mobility safely. Please note though: Depending on the injury or health conditions you may need medical clearance before I can train you and we will follow the doctors guidelines.

How do online sessions work?For online sessions, we’ll meet via video call at a scheduled time. I’ll guide you through each exercise, providing real-time feedback and modifications as needed. It’s just like training in person, but in the comfort of your own space.
